Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At GenieShine, Your Clean Satisfaction Comes First.

We’re dedicated to ensuring that every GenieShine product brings a smile — and a sparkle — to your space. Each order is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.


✅ Your Purchase is Eligible for Return, Exchange or Refund If:

  • You received an incorrect product (not matching the order placed)

  • Your product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking

  • Parts/accessories are missing

  • There’s a genuine quality concern with the product

📸 Photo Proof is Required
To process any return or exchange, we require 4–5 clear photos/videos of the product, original packaging, and the issue being claimed.


🕒 Return & Exchange Request Timeline

Please raise a request within 72 hours of delivery via:

Include your:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

  • Describe the issue briefly (wrong item, leakage, defect, etc.)

⚠️ Returns are only valid if product is unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.


🔁 Exchange / Refund Process

  • If eligible, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after pickup.

  • Refunds are issued only as GenieShine Gift Cards or Store Credits redeemable at www.genieshine.com

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and provide a credit or refund coupon.


📦 Return Pickup & Exchange Timelines

  • Reverse pickup arranged within 4–5 working days from your request.

  • Replacement product will be dispatched within 4–5 working days after receiving the return.


🚫 DO NOT Accept the Package If:

  • The box looks tampered, torn, or opened

  • Refuse the delivery and note POD (Proof of Delivery) reason as "tampered"


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed for dispatch.

  • To cancel: Visit “My Orders” → Tap Cancel

  • Once packed, cancellation is no longer possible.

💸 Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will reflect in your bank within 7–10 working days.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 10 days.


🚚 Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship across most pincodes in India via trusted logistics partners.

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order ships.

  • You can also track orders on our website using your Order ID.

🕐 Need it early? Just WhatsApp us your Order ID — we’ll try our best!


💳 Refund Method (for Online & COD Orders)

  • Refunds are processed via GenieShine Store Credit / Gift Cards only

  • Can be used anytime for future purchases at www.genieshine.com

  • Refund will be initiated only after returned product is received and verified.
